Why do you offer the wallpapers cheaper than a specialist retailer?
We procure the wallpapers directly from the manufacturer so we can pass the low prices to our customers.

Can I order every wallpaper to every country?
No, because there are delivery blocks for some articles. We do not ship wallpapers by “Marburg Wallcoverings” to China, for example. Those orders will be cancelled by us after receipt.

Do you also send wallpaper samples?
We send wallpaper samples in A4 format, the shipping is free within the EU. For delivery outside the EU we charge 9.95 € for shipping with DHL Express. You will find further information about sending samples HERE.

Who is behind WALLCOVER
We are a family business in Molbergen (Germany). We have been providing all kinds of painting and decorating services for our customers for over 50 years.

What do I have to pay attention to before I start processing the wallpaper?
Please carefully read the information and instructions on the information sheet of the wallpaper rolls. Keep them even after completion.

I don’t like the ordered wallpapers. Can I return them?
As a consumer you can use our right of revocation. Just click here: Right of revocation. If you are not sure before ordering, please order a Wallpaper sample.

My order has the status "Cancelled"
Your order has been cancelled as there have been problems with the payment processing. Simply place a new order. Cancelled orders won’t be processed.

Payment with credit card is not working (VISA, Mastercard)
Please ensure, that your credit card supports the so called "3D Secure" method ("Verified by Visa" und "SecureCode"). If necessary, please contact your credit card institute.

I’m looking for a certain wallpaper that I can’t find in the shop. What should I do?
Please send us an E-mail with the item number and the manufacturer. Then we will send you an offer.

What happens if I haven’t ordered enough wallpapers? Can I order some more?
You can order more whenever you want, of course. Please note the batch number of your wallpaper. You will find this on the label of the wallpaper.

What should I do if the package arrives damaged?
All our packages are insured against damages in transit. If your package is damaged upon delivery, please ask the postman to note it in order to be able to assert a complaint if necessary. If the wallpapers have damages too, please contact us and send pictures of the damaged package and wallpapers. We’ll arrange everything else with the transport services.

Can I order single rolls for selection?
To avoid selection orders we offer a Wallpaper sample service. You will find further information here. We reserve the right to cancel selection orders without giving reasons.

Which carrier do you use?
We deliver with DHL Premium, UPS Standard or UPS Express Saver.
