As a consumer¹, you can easily return unopened items within 14 days after receiving your delivery. Please note that wallpaper sold by the meter, custom prints and made-to-measure items cannot be returned.

Here's how it works:

1. Send us a short email at service@wallcover.com

2. Provide us with your order number and the quantity and item number of the goods you would like to return.

3. You will receive our return form as a PDF via email. Please print this out and include it with your return.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method. We will refund within 14 days of receiving the return.

 How Our 100-Days Return Policy Works

We designed our wallpapers with your interior design needs in mind. However, if you find that our product isn't perfect for you, you can return it within 100 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a refund to your original payment method, provided the returned item meets our return conditions. The wallpaper must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

 

Not eligible for the 100-day return policy:

  • Used items: Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Personalized items: Custom-made products are non-returnable.
  • Multiple returns: Items can only be returned once per order.
  • Individual wallpapers: Wallpaper sold by the meter and made-to-measure items.
  • B2B: Resellers or business customers (net-invoice) cant return products.

Step 4. Send your return to the provided information details. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt for your records.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The revocation right remains unaffected by this voluntary 100-day return policy and exists independently
